Summary:
A police chief in a small town is investigating a brutal double murder and all the evidence is beginning to point to him. He is in a race against time to solve the crime before the other officers investigating the crime begin to see the clues and think he did it. With the help of his medical examiner pal Chae, Matt must solve the case before he is found guilty himself.
